Financial Analyst II- US Remote

Vista is building a world-class finance organization and we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Financial Analyst II to join the Central Finance team, comprised of our Technology, Data & Analytics, and CFO Organizations. This role will support Vista's Central Teams through management reporting, financial planning, and the analysis of the results. Working across the Central Teams and Accounting, this person will help understand key performance drivers and share insights with stakeholders.
What You Will Do:

• Daily use of financial analysis skills including an understanding of materiality, application of management accounting concepts, and modeling skills for analysis of large data sets.
• Support Central Teams leadership by providing insightful analysis and commentary to stakeholders, such as variance analysis and impact of business initiatives.
• Support month-end close processes, including journal entry review and collaboration with Accounting teams, to deliver timely and insightful analysis of operating results.
• Support the Central Teams leadership via operational expense reporting and headcount tracking and planning.
• Provide support for annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes as needed
• Complete ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed.
• Become a super user of our financial reporting and planning software (OneStream).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
• Minimum of 3+ years progressive work experience in FP&A or similar field
• Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort driving progress independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• Proven track record of process improvement
• Advanced Excel skills
