Summary
Arrow Intelligent Solutions - is hiring a Financial Analyst (III). This group is responsible for all finance activities for global services and will be joining the North America team. Global services is a newer division of Arrow, and is constantly evolving. You will be supporting sales and operations, but also learn about reporting results and forecasting in a large company environment.
The successful candidate has strong accounting/finance knowledge and analytical abilities. The candidate must also have very strong interpersonal/influencing skills as well as management experience. The candidate should be passionate about the use of technology to solve business problems, including a high proficiency with MS Excel. Key personal characteristics include motivation, attention to accuracy, priority setting, customer service orientation, and drive to meet deadlines. The candidate must be able to work closely with accounting groups, selling teams, management, and finance teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- This position will assist the team in consolidating forecasts, data gathering, and analytics. The analyst will also assist the team by focusing on the automation and development of standard reports.
- The analyst must be comfortable working with large amounts of data and be able to understand key business drivers at the macro level. The analyst will be asked to perform ad-hoc requests involving forecasting, variance analysis, and impromptu requests.
- The analyst will create excel models around key business drivers, P&L forecasting, and Net Working Capital. The role requires the analyst to be a high-end to expert user in excel.
- The analyst will work and interact with different levels of the organization as well as cross functional departments and corporate functions.
- The analyst will work under the supervisor of the Finance Manager but will be expected to work autonomously at times
What We Are Looking For
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills - this person coordinates with various team to bring together data for modeling business deals
- Flexible personality - Arrow is a dynamic culture and changes at a rapid pace
- The ability and enthusiasm to dive into the details

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$74,000.00 - $92,400.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
