Job Description:
We're excited to be adding a new Financial Analyst (III) role on our Global Supply Chain Service finance team!
Global Alliance and Global Supply Chain Services is a newer service offered by Arrow, leveraging our supply chain expertise to other Fortune 100 companies. We are searching for a candidate that thrives in a fast paced, high-pressure, ever-changing environment. The Financial Analyst will perform various functions, including carrying out financial planning and variance analysis, ROWC calculations, margin analysis, monthly forecasting, detailed program specific operational and financial processes development and coordination between various departments for effective roll out and implementation of new programs.
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.
What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for developing forward-looking detailed reconciliations and analytics.
• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly summary of working capital for external clients.
• Responsible for various aspects of the month-end close process, including reporting and validating data.
• Prepare monthly reports on financials to be distributed to the external clients.
• Develop and maintain process for external clients to help streamline requests.
• Undertake a monthly proactive review of costs; flag early any changes to be inputted into the forecast based on actual results.
• Provide support/assistance in performing monthly analysis of consignment inventory vs on-hand systemic inventory.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships across the business to understand the business and the primary drivers, goals, and the needs of partners and internal and external customers.
• Improve efficiency and control environment, including management of cost center structure and assignment by evaluating processes and providing recommendations.
• Develop and perform reporting of operating metrics that ensures financial performance, e.g. profitability of different programs or parts.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• 2+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
• A strong understanding of accounting and financial processes related to the business; knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and internal controls; a solid background and experience in P&L management; strong financial acumen and analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication and coordination with various different departments.

• CPA is a plus
  Proficiency with Hyperion and Oracle a plus
• SQL and/or Power BI or other database experience
• Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, and/or production service businesses
• Fortune 200 Business Finance / FP&A experience
• Experience managing cross functional projects
• Global experience
• Advanced EXCEL - GL Wand a plus

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$74,000.00 - $94,600.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
