Incumbent, under moderate supervision, is responsible for performing financial analysis on This position supports our Mobile Service Operations. Our qualified candidate will interface with internal teams to track and compile operational information to perform variance analysis and monthly/annual financial forecasting. They will support on monthly CO Closing, monitoring project budget, monthly profit and loss report creation. Development of financial reports and provide key insights to help management team to make appropriate business decisions.
Role and Responsibilities

This positionis responsible for performing financial analysis on This position supports our Mobile Service Operations. Our qualified candidate will interface with internal teams to track and compile operational information to perform variance analysis and monthly/annual financial forecasting. They will support on monthly CO Closing, monitoring project budget, monthly profit and loss report creation. Development of financial reports and provide key insights to help management team to make appropriate business decisions.
  • Interact with all levels within SEA organization and HQ to create financial forecast modeling
  • Manage and report monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and forecasting all area
  • Responsible for monitoring repair cost, OH expense for SEA Mobile service operation to support management activity
  • Track multiple financial project result by utilizing various systems, method and tools
  • Monitor, validate & correct warranty claim data and processes to ensure compliance to the company policy and elaborate warranty system by working with system team
  • Contract review and report to leadership of company policy guideline and risk management
  • Responsible for creating and reporting monthly P&L book with variance analysis from forecasting
  • Analyze/update service parts sales pricing model and make recommendation to upper management
  • Reconcile deposit, discount, and charge-back from direct service center
  • Facilitate business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation
  • Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to support
  • Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, budget, and expenses
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor project scope and provide timely status / situation updates to all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage relationships and expectations of both internal and external contact points
  • Lead project team meetings to communicate project status, budget and expense status
  • Direct and perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned by management, working independently or with cross functional teams
  • Assist in preparing materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of AP team
  • Prepare policies, manuals, trainings for internal systems
  • Assist manager for all project related tasks
  • No limitation to the scope and services AP provides to the company in its efforts to become Best in Class with premium systems and optimum processes to support its advancement


Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in the telecommunications industry
  • 2-5 years of experience in Service operation financial area
  • Knowledge in GFP/SAP/SEP/myFinance/GTNE/RMS/Concur
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial modeling/analysis, warranty process, AR/AP reconciliation and accounting treatment
  • Previous experience with CO closing, budget monitoring, managing CoGS and creating P&L report
  • Experience preferred of mobile service industry, preferred
  • Must have advanced Excel experience.
  • SAP, MS Word & MS Power Point also required
  • Experience creating reports for multiple levels of management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
