This is a hybrid role which requires you to go to the office three times a week. The current position location is Topeka, KS, and will be relocated to Kansas City, KS, by the end of October 2023.

It is an exciting time to be a part of the Finance team at Hill's Pet Nutrition. Our highly energetic and focused Finance Team is dedicated to driving growth for Hill's in this constantly evolving landscape. As the Financial Systems Analyst - Pricing, you will have primary responsibility for Pricing and Promotions setup, configuration, and testing. Duties will include monthly audit of master data attributes that affect Pricing ad Promotion conditions as well as audits of sales and billing documents to ensure process controls.

What You Will Do

Below is an outline of the principal duties and responsibilities this position will manage:

• Design and implement testing protocols for pricing and promotions in SAP;
• Secondary point of contact for design and implementation testing protocols for US pricing and tracking reports;
• Run and review SAP reports tracking promotional and sales data for Canadian Finance, Sales, and Marketing users;
• Act as point of control to ensure Canada and US are in compliance with company pricing and promotion policies;
• Resolves data management issues related to Corporate Finance;
• Run and review monthly audit reports and reconciliationsn and address procedural errors found to prevent future issues;
• Primary point of contact with IT to test new pricing and promotion configuration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in Accounting, Computer Systems, Finance, Tax or a closely related field;
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant Finance function experience;
• Prior experience with report writing tools such as Microsoft Access Report writing, SAP Query creation or similar tools;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel;
• Strong analytical skills; ability to manage and analyze data files with large volumes of records;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of Consumer Goods Industry experience;
• A minimum of 1-3 years of data management and report writing experience
• Experience using SAP data, transactions and table-structures;

Salary Range $64,000 - $88,000 USD

Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive/Hill's offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
