Financial Analyst, Procure to Pay

Your Role:

As the Financial Analyst, Procure to Pay, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to manage the whole procure to pay (P2P) process, training and ensuring all purchases are set up correctly which leads to appropriate accounting as well as smooth receiving and payment processes.  Basically, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we reach that crucial goal of delivering one of the industries most amazing vehicles, and change the face of the EV automotive market! Yes, you’ll see that connection! This role is onsite at FF HQ in Gardena. 

Responsibilities:

• Own the P2P process workflow
• Ensure all purchase requisitions and orders are created with the correct accounting fields
• Interface with the functions to provide training on the process
• Act as a hub for all purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare reports and summaries on PR activity, status, and areas of improvement
• Develop and maintain strong communication with functional PR/PO creators and managers
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the process

Basic Qualifications:

• BA in business, accounting, or finance required 
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting (Automotive highly desired) 
• P2P exposure and understanding 
• Strong Microsoft Office Excel
• Strong communication skills necessary
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to adapt to a fast start-up environment & learn new skills
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Experience in a Product Development environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and carry assignments with minimal supervision
• Understanding of the interaction between P2P in all parts of a company
• Proven expertise with creating and managing a process
• Ability to step back from the numbers and understand the business driving them
• Preferred ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle, Hyperion Essbase
• P2P, COPA, MM SAP module familiarity a plus
• A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
• A genuine fascination for the EV space and a commitment to global change

Annual Salary Range:

$78,000 - $92,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
