Overview

IGT is currently seeking a highly talented Financial Analyst to assist our Global Business Services. This individual will manage daily tasks to facilitate staff Concur expense reports, PPM Project PRF approval, PPM Project Budget approval, SAP Project Creation, review of Sales Quotes and Sales Order as they pertain to Systems Gaming projects. Monthly and yearly tasks will include facilitate revenue/cost recognition, assist VP/Directors with yearly Departmental Cost Budget and yearly CAPEX Budget submissions and justifications. Interaction and collaboration with global accounting teams will be necessary to drive best practices and consistency of processes. The team is comprised of entrepreneurial and highly experienced individuals, and we are looking for someone with strong people skills that can excel at delivery and drive change.

Position Summary

• Daily review of Systems Project Concur Expense Reports to determine proper project allocation.
  • Support staff utilizing Concur
  • Support accounting staff with project invoicing
• Daily management of Systems projects utilizing SalesForce, PPM(Clarity) and SAP.
  • SalesForce Opportunity review
  • PPM (Clarity) project creation and closure
    • Support staff utilizing PPM(Clarity)
  • SAP project creation and closure
    • Support accounting staff with cost settlements
• Weekly/Monthly collection of material for revenue recognition of Global Systems invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Global Order Management, Accounting, and Sales
  • Host monthly Systems Close Meeting and resolve any invoicing issues.
• Review global departmental costs to ensure proper allocations.
  • Researching and resolving errors
  • Preparing Journal Entries as needed
• Facilitate global departmental costs and CAPEX budget submissions and justifications.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,500-$115,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
