Job Summary:

This individual will have an undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting or other such analytical field. MBA preferred but not required. Prior experience in investment banking, consulting or corporate finance is preferred but not required. Ability to multi-task, effectively manage time and meet moderate travel demands are essential. Strong organizational, analytical, numerical and communication skills are a must. Willingness to work in a fast pace, intense environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides short-term & long-term financial forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
• Provides rigorous financial analyses across a broad range of topics to support senior management decision making procedures
• Assesses company financial performance across all regions and products
• Develops and communicates financial performance results effectively and provides recommendations to improve areas of weakness
• Provides financial support and analytical insight to multiple functional groups within Globalstar
• Prepares materials to support business development efforts and investor relation activities
• Performs assessment to track the company's compliance to debt covenants
• Prepares cash flow analyses to identify key sources and uses of liquidity
• Participates in annual budgeting process
• Assists in preparation of quarterly presentations for the Board of Directors
• Completes other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong working knowledge of all financial statements
• Strong quantitative ability
• Positive attitude
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-visibility environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas to senior management
• To provide standardized test scores

Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years Financial Analyst experience
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• MBA preferred
• Experience in investment banking, consulting or corporate finance role preferred
