Fiskars is searching for a Business Analyst, SC Reporting & Costing to join our amazing team in Middleton, WI !
About the Role:
The primary function of this role is to develop and execute systematic reporting of monthly and quarterly global supply chain reporting in accordance with Fiskars Group and Supply Chain guidelines.
This role is instrumental in the development and facilitation of global supply chain reporting in Fiskars Group. This role will also have the opportunity for international business exposure as a key function of the job is supporting operations worldwide with accurate and timely information for decision making. Depending on skills and aptitude, opportunities to take part in global analytics development, ERP integration, and customer fulfillment finance project execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Data extraction and consolidation by automating supply chain monthly reporting
- Creating synergies and transparency in results allowing for further business analysis
- Developing the systems and processes to simplify and create comparable, consistent and sustainable reporting
- Collaborate, develop and document consistent processes to improve work flows and drive consistency into global ways of working
- Participate in product costing setup as needed
- Act as a universal US supply chain finance resource as needed
- Other projects as assigned
What You Can Bring to the Organization:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, Tableau preferred
- ERP Knowledge with SAP and JD Edwards preferred
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Holistic understanding of Supply Chain and Consumer Products Business preferred
- Balance of promptness and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility working in a global and cross-functional environment.
This position is out of our Middleton, WI office and will be a Hybrid (onsite/remote) role.
