Financial Analyst (SFR)

Your impact

As an Financial Analyst on our Capital Markets & Treasury team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the capital needs of our business are always priority #1. You’ll leverage your capital expertise and creative problem solving to acquire the equity and debt capital needed to improve the lives of seniors and drive sustainable growth of the company.

You’ll own

• Assist Head of Real Estate & Controller in the financing of our current business and continued expansion, specifically assuming responsibility of data tape preparation for loan draws to ensure accurate and timely delivery of required data for JV / Warehouse equity and debt facilities
• Stay on top of liquidity management of our SFR investment vehicles to determine when to draw equity and debt and assist with modeling efforts, draw requests and related document preparation
• Serve as primary point of contact with third party diligence agents as part of collateral prep for loan draws and potential securitizations
• Assist capital markets team in staying on top of compliance with all covenant related limits and build/maintain weekly/monthly reporting at the portfolio and facility level across our SFR platform
• Financial modeling and presentation building regarding capital planning for various existing and potential investment vehicles
• Work cross functionally to ensure proper flow of documentation required to run an efficient treasury function

You bring

• 1-2+ years of experience in investment banking, SFR lending,  asset management, private equity, or similar capital markets role
• Experience managing equity and debt facilities either as a lender or borrower
• Deep understanding of SFR transaction process
• Strong understanding of funding strategies, treasury management needs and the operational demands of collaborating with counterparties
• Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment, able to make data-driven strategic decisions
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
