As a Financial Analyst and member of an Agile Capability Team, you will have the opportunity to work with Work closely with Senior management, project management and functional leaders to provide financial insight and reporting on the performance of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project finance or related business experience.
- Prepare and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Administer vendor contract terms, verify compliance, and approve payments.
- Ensure that the project fulfills all financial obligations in a timely and economic manner in accordance with established policies and deliverables.
- Understand revenue recognition for Software/Hardware, project invoicing and GAAP rules.
- Compile and analyze large data sets for project reporting.
- Ability to coordinate program management meetings and support the Program portfolio manager.
- Adept in time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Ad-hoc process improvement projects
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
Preferred Qualifications :
- Superior analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for problem solving across cross-functional teams
- Adept at leveraging systems and desktop apps to "drill down" to resolve complex issues
- Communicates effectively and conveys key messages to different audiences
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines.
- Strong project ownership and superior attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office software
- SAP, Hyperion, JIRA and MS Access experience a plus
