What we’re hiring for:  

We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Financial & Business Analyst for our SWAT team! This role will be based in Austin, Texas. 

This role can be the launch pad of your career. It will be challenging, but extremely rewarding. You will develop and master new skills, build strong internal and external networks, and gain invaluable experience across various aspects of a technology company. Given our fast growth, we are continuously expanding our team and candidates with the right fit may be considered for a full-time role or follow-on internship opportunities with us at the end of the internship. 

What you’ll be responsible for in this role: 

• Assist with the Company's strategic planning and related activities
• Assist with investor and financing related activities
• Assist with finance and related activities
• Assist with cross-functional activities, including but not limited to operations, sales, marketing and PR
• Support senior management team in developing and implementing different initiatives 

What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role: 

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fluid and fast-paced business environments 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, technology or related field
