Financial BSA (SAP/FICO) (REMOTE - USA)

The Financial Business System Analyst will be the Finance/Accounting go-to person/subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICO, support system administration activities of Onestream applications and all accounting/financial systems. This position will be responsible for analyzing current financial system processes, making recommendations, evaluating solutions and working with the IT team on implementing SAP FICO and other system solutions, enhancements and roll outs.

This position is part of the Finance systems team reporting to the Director of Finance IT Systems and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Act as SAP Finance/Accounting subject matter expert, analyze issues including production support, document business requirements, propose solutions, support financial close, support unit testing and user acceptance testing including creation of test scripts.
• Work with the accounting and finance teams to understand business issues/inefficiencies, brainstorm/research potential solutions in SAP FICO and partner with IT to implement.
• Prepare SAP and other system business requirement documents to provide specifications on enhancements/changes and review/approve the IT system design.
• Manage Onestream applications security
• Support Onestream financial application administrators with daily tasks

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Accounting or Finance or related with 2+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
• 2+ years as SAP FICO subject matter expert/super user or as a business system analyst
• Understanding of accounting/finance business process and system configurations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 1 year of Onestream financial application support
• Knowledge of SAP RAR and modules of SAP
• Systems project management and implementation experience

  The salary range for this role is $58,200 - $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
  This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
