Financial Consultation Services Team Coordinator

Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive support of the Financial Consultation Services (FCS) team that includes monitoring new business paperwork and processes, managing the team email box and Salesforce queue, assigning leads to the team, monitoring plan terminations, and managing the Retirement Services (RS) advisor threshold process. The FCS Coordinator also serves as project manager for mailings of client marketing campaigns and client surveys, as well as monitoring results.
This role curates and manages a product and process informational library. The position is critical in helping to build on our relationship strategy with both participants and producers and to promote cross selling opportunities. The role also serves as the liaison between the FCS team and the Contact Centers, Disbursements, and New Business areas.

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.

- Manage the plan and individual termination program and assign leads to the team
- Monitor the team email box, SalesForce queue, other internal systems to compile reporting results
- Assist FCS Managers with rollover paperwork and processing then track through to completion of set up and implementation
- Responsible for client survey mailings and customer feedback and providing results to manager for performance management purposes
- Manage client marketing campaign mailings and monitor results
- Manage the RS Advisor threshold process
- Serve as liaison to the Contact Centers, Disbursements, and New Business
- Curate and manage a product and process informational library
Job Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a multitude of workstreams effectively with a minimum of error
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- A passion for service and supporting clients on their journey to financial security
- A desire to seek out and implement process improvement and efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in an administrative role supporting a team
- Knowledge of/background in financial services is ideal but not required
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
