Purpose and Scope

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Financial Controller to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for improving our financial controlling by supporting the finance team ensuring high quality reporting.

In this role you will be reporting to the CFO and coordinate and prioritize your tasks with Veo’s accounting lead.

Responsibilities will include

• Financial reporting and analysis
• Overseeing and controlling inventory related transactions
• Controlling vendor related transactions
• Ensure correct accounting of inventory related transactions
• Controlling the VAT reporting and process
• Cash flow management
• Assist bookkeepers in regards with the vendor accounting process
• Assist bookkeepers in regards with vendor payments

Requirements

• BA or Masters in Finance and/or Accounting
• 4+ years in a financial controller role or 4+ years from a Danish accounting company
• Experience and understanding of finance IT-systems, especially with Business Central is an advantage
• Analytical and a broad financial toolbox to deliver results
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills incl. ability to put forward relevant findings
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and in English (written as well as verbal)
• Self-driven with an ability to identify and solve relevant tasks independently
• Strong knowledge about the Danish accounting rules and VAT legislation
