Financial Controller (all genders)

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Team in the heart of buzzing Berlin! 

You will: 

• Be a trusted business partner for our Product & Tech teams 
• Support both operational and strategic discussions with financial analysis and focus on value creation
• Continuously improve business KPIs and processes in line with our company steering approach
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to our business to support senior management
• Guide the business teams in the budget planning & forecasting process
• Engage in monthly closing & reporting activities and ensure accuracy

You are

• Analytically strong with the attention to detail and able to draw conclusions and insights from data
• Communicative and skilled in facilitating performance dialogs with business units and senior management
• An expert in Excel, BI Tools and performance analysis
• Interested in working in an international environment as well as cross-departmentally 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment

You have

• A degree (Bachelor/ Master) in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent and 
• 2-3 years experience in working in a similar position
• Experience with business partnering and cross functional projects
• A proactive mindset when it comes to solution finding and delivering results in an efficient manner
• A hands-on mentality with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with Product and/or Tech teams
• Knowledge about Product and Tech KPIs for financial steering
