Job Description
Hourly Wage: $16.50- $20.50
M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and auditing financial receipts and documents from Managers
- Ensuring expenditures of Client funds are made accurately and fall within the State and Federal guidelines.
- Maintaining organized and accurate records each month by filing the Client finances each month.
- Grading Managers and reporting to the Associate Directors of their progress.
- Working with Corporate to ensure all employees are being paid accurately and within required time frames.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding individuals' medical history/information
- Follow the Provider Code of Conduct according to DRC standards
- Punctuality and regular/consistent attendance at the worksite are required and the employee must be able adhere to their workplace schedule and time frames.
- Stay awake, responsive
- Other duties as assigned by Area Director.
Experience or Education:
- High ssory experiencechool diploma or GED
Training and Certifications:
Complete all initial and on-going training requirements within established time frames
Complete annual CPR, First Aid, and OSHA training
Obtain and maintain SOAR certification
Pass Criminal History Check
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with employees and clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and public relations when working with employees,
- outside professionals, state employees, and guardians
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Ability to record and understand doctor notes
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
Work Environment/Physical Demands Summary:
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, file cabinets, files, binders and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day.
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand
motion, handle or feel, look down and to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop or lift up to 20 pounds.
