Day to day: This is an onsite call center based position. Financial counselors are responsible for assisting patients with setting up payment plans, educating them on their financial responsibility as it pertains to upcoming procedures/appts, etc. as a front-end measure. These can be tougher conversations as they will need to explain policies...IE patients are responsible for payment prior to services rendered.
