Financial Insights & Strategy

​​The Role

​​We are looking for a strategic leader to establish our Financial Insights & Strategy efforts, who will work closely with the CFO and key stakeholders on driving improvements to our top priority KPIs. 

You will drive business improvements through analysis of KPIs, forecasting and driving towards improvement; with a particular initial focus on customer and core operations. 

You will also drive business efficiency by managing key vendor negotiations.

​​Key Responsibilities

• ​​​​Manage real-time customer and core operation KPIs 
• ​​Lead and manage procurement and negotiation processes
• ​​Build and update detailed financial models and performance metrics to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives
• Drive scalable and consistent processes to enable operational excellence in business planning, forecasting, reporting, and deep insights/analysis for GTM
• Partner closely with the Data team on defining and improving key business metrics
• Help build the team and scale over time

About you

• 3-8 years total experience, including 2-4 years investment banking, private equity, equity research or related field
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills with an attention to detail
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with an ability to own complicated models end-to-end for a senior audience
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business metrics and model drivers
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
• Ability to work cross-functionality to drive alignment across the organization and prioritize deliverables
• Strong interest in technology
