Financial Litigation Technician

GS-07: In order to qualify for the GS-07 level, you must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 level in Federal Service.

Specialized Experience is defined as knowledge of the processes and practices of debt collection regulations and procedure; developing, analyzing, and evaluating routine financial information; using a variety of basic legal regulations, precedents, and practices; reviewing and analyzing claims for legal merit and compliance; conducting factual and legal research in legal and non-legal databases; and conducting document searches, organizing documents, preparing legal documents, and conducting document review.

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
