Envoy Global is searching for a dynamic Financial Manager to manage the financial reporting, forecasting and operational reporting for our U.S. law firm affiliates. Additionally, this role will develop updated monthly forecasts based on immigration case volume. The Financial Manager will identify opportunities for efficiencies and produce monthly KPI reports to which Envoy and law firm leadership can use to make decisions around business performance and investment.


As our Financial Manager, you will be required to: 

  • Coordinating with the existing accounting resources within the law firms to ensure a timely and efficient month-end close, inclusive of all relevant accruals and cut-offs.
  • Maintaining a model with case volume and expense assumptions. Run “what-if” scenarios to provide sensitivity analysis around volume and investment assumption.
  • Updating rolling forecasts based on previous month’s results and for latest trends in case volumes.
  • Establishing baseline metrics around performance that can help drive staffing and investment decisions going forward.
  • Producing monthly reports for management with Key Performance Indicators.
  • Assimilating new law firm affiliates into the law firm model and establishing accounting cut-off protocols.
  • Providing general accounting guidance to the accounting resources within the law firms.
  • Regular discussions with Envoy’s COO and CFO as well as affiliate law firm management to review and discuss results and forecast.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and financial modeling.
  • Prior public accounting experience preferred
  • Previous experience standardizing and implementing accounting processes for multiple acquisitions
  • Open, honest communicator and problem solver
  • Enjoy brainstorming to find better solutions
  • A strong desire to keep learning new things

USD $90,000 Min – USD $110,000 Max OTE
