Training will be onsite at the Foundry, BGC, Taguig for 2 weeks then once a month onsite after.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to various internal processes at Mighty. This position involves a combination of responsibilities related to payment returns, data reconciliation, loan interest calculations and supporting the overall financial operations.
What does a day in the life as a Financial Operations Analyst look like?
- Recording payment returns and maintaining accuracy of records
- Assisting with monthly client billing / accounting reconciliations
- Data Integrity Review Process: Reconciling system data points against supporting documentation
- Quarterly Servicing Update
- Assist with loan payment calculations / inputting loan terms into contract outlines
- Assist with preparing intermediate level financial reports in excel
- Assistance with Re-Underwriting - Review existing portfolio for compliance with contract requirements
- Ad Hoc data updates
What are the required qualifications for a Financial Operations Analyst?
- Background in finance, collections, or legal-related field
- Knowledge about compounding and non-compounding interest
- At least one year of experience in Data Processing
- At least 6 months of experience in calls (inbound and outbound)
- Above-average English Communication skills
- Must be able to perform at least intermediate Excel functions/formulas such as IF, AND/OR, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Filter functions, Pivot functions
- Able to submit tasks/projects with speed and accuracy

Having these qualifications are helpful, but not required
- Experience extracting data from legal documents
- Experience with Google Sheets
