The Individual Ops Processor works in a team environment and is responsible for managing various financial requests across multiple platforms, including loans, withdrawals, surrenders, transfer of value, payments research, automated bank drafts and other financial-related functions. This individual will develop expertise with core products, as well as proficiency with the team's major workflows. The Individual Ops Processor provides quality customer service to agents, brokers, independent producers, and clients by demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. There is an ongoing need to learn and continuously develop your skills and improve your capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works collaboratively within a team and independently in prioritizing your work day.
  • Develops additional skills to learn processing several financial work items across multiple platforms.
  • Responsible for producing a consistent work volume with high quality to provide service that exceeds our client's expectations.
  • Assists with special projects and achieves both individual and team goals in terms of service level standards.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • A college degree preferred, but not required.
  • Financial operations experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize and meet required deadlines.
  • Series 6 licensing is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background


Salary Band: 03A

As a condition of employment, OneAmerica requires that all new hires who receive a job offer on or after April 18, 2022 provide evidence of full or partial vaccination against COVID-19 within three days of accepting an offer letter with OneAmerica and before employment begins. If applicable, new hires must submit proof that they have received the second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine within 30 days after their first dose is complete. This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
