The Role

You have a firm understanding of customer-relationship best practices, finance-related concepts, and the commercial construction industry. You enjoy problem-solving and are able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
This is a 6 month contract position with the potential of converting to a full-time opportunity.
What You'll Do
  • Be responsible for accurate, timely, and properly reconciled Accounts Payable disbursements to, including but not limited to: suppliers & subcontractors
  • Be responsible for accurate, timely, and properly reconciled Accounts Receivable payments from, including but not limited to: subcontractors, general contractors, property owners, and bonding companies
  • Support Sales, Operations, and Executive teams in financial reporting and forecasting
  • Address internal and external inquiries related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other financial-related data
  • Produce recurring weekly reports to direct manager (and other leadership) on portfolio performance and productivity updates
  • Manage, maintain, and continuously audit data integrity in Salesforce
  • Participate in the development of Billd's Financial Operation platform, policies, and processes

Skills and Qualifications
  • Required 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, and/or Lending role
  • Required 1-3 years experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM and ERP systems)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Preferred experience in Construction Industry
  • Preferred experience in startup/small business environment
