About the Role
We are searching for a leader to scale financial operations through systems, infrastructure, and processes. You will work in close partnership with the finance teams and business partners throughout the organization. You'll marry vision, technical expertise, pragmatism, and creativity to empower others and further our use of data in key decisions. You'll contribute to Miro's growth and profitability by solving some of our most difficult scaling problems!
What you'll do

• Develop and deliver on a comprehensive, scalable, resource-efficient strategy for Miro's financial technology and systems portfolio
• Architect and drive our financial operations strategy, creating the processes, systems, and cross-functional alignment required to manage and report on revenue modeling, workforce planning, and expense management.
• Scale our finance function with a focus on empowering and improving the productivity of our employees
• Champion automation program, priorities, and roadmap

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry
• Experience creating and scaling global processes in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology and processes
• Passion and expertise on how to build and scale financial teams into a competitive advantage
• Execution is your thing and you have prior success crafting and driving scaling operating models companywide
• You have a reputation for navigating large networks of people and systems to find the information we need
• You are a poised communicator and are accustomed to actively sharing your point of view - developing relationships comes naturally
