About the team 
 

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Business Management team in Brussels, Belgium. This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Vice President (VP) of Business Management, who is based in London (UK). The FP&A Manager will partner and work closely with the different senior stakeholders of our ICF NEXT public communications business. 

ICF Next is a leading integrated communication agency in Europe, specializing in large-scale communication activities across the European Union.  

Main Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for ICF Next E&A to support decision-making. 

• Interact daily with the ICF Next E&A operational and commercial teams with a focus on improving our business performance, and our resources management, ultimately driving profitable growth. 

• Work closely with our ICF Next E&A business management project controls team to understand and assess our growth & profitability drivers.  

• Work regularly with our ICF Next E&A pricing team to provide inputs and assessment of our pricing strategies. 

• Work on any ad-hoc requests and analysis. 

 Basic Requirements: 

• University degree with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in financial management with a focus on FP&A. 

• Operational and/or project experience with planning, budgeting & forecasting, and/or reporting & analytics. 

• Deep understanding of core financial processes, especially on revenue & margin recognition processes.  

• Familiarity with (amongst others) transactional/analytical accounting, pricing & costing, management, and financial reporting.
