Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 

Hybrid: This role will be in office 3 days and work from home 2 days a week


Job Summary

As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play an integral role in building medium and long-range plans across the Enterprise (comprised of four business units). You will also work with senior management throughout the company in analyzing existing operations and planning growth initiatives. 


What You Will Do

  • Oversee management weekly and monthly reporting suites
  • Preparation of a variety of analyses for the SVP of Finance / CFO
  • Assist in development of annual budget
  • Compare and analyze actual results with annual budget and forecasts
  • Develop and utilize effective financial tools to bring transparency to the business
  • Building financial models/analyses to support current and proposed business transactions
  • Support CEO / CFO Presentations to the Board of Directors
  • A variety of valued added ad-hoc analysis to support Executive Management

What We Need

  • BS degree in accounting or finance
  • 5-7 years financial management experience
  • Strong modeling skills including ability to construct scenario planning models (P&L, BS & CF)

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • Healthcare and/or Technology industry experience a plus

  • Tenacious in meeting deadlines, well organized, adept at managing peak workloads
  • Be comfortable presenting to the Executive Management Team
