Responsibilities:

• Carry out in-depth analysis of the company's financial status to provide sound business recommendations.
• Drive the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Oversee real-time financial performance monitoring and profitability analysis.
• Set, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate overall business performance.
• Collaborate with a team to maintain financial records and promptly update files.
• Provide comprehensive planning, advisement, insurance, and investment services to improve financial performance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and various departments, keeping them abreast of financial developments and strategies.

Results Responsible for:

• Effectively delivering financial analysis and recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Successful execution of financial planning and forecasting.
• Timely preparation and update of financial records.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial reports.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance.
• Ability to research, access and analyze relevant data sets.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and procedures, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and interpret financial trends and anomalies.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role (required).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, plus a discretionary year-end bonus.
