The Country Finance team is an important part of an organization responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, planning & analysis, business partnering, compliance & governance, and decision support. Overall, the finance team plays an essential role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of an organization. We are made up of young and experienced professionals.

Get to know the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager or Senior Manager. You will be a versatile finance partner to business teams, to lead end-to-end budgeting activities, to provide accurate forecasts, to perform financial analysis and to deliver financial reporting. You will be reporting to the Country Finance Director.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Monitor actual financial results against budgets and forecasts. Analyze the variances, investigate reasons for deviations, and collaborate with relevant partners to make necessary adjustments to forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities. Provide insights to management and partners.
• Be a finance partner to business teams. Work and collaborate with other departments to support the business activities/plans.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring understanding of strategic goals and accurate financial projections.
• Contribute to the month-end closing process by doing desktop review to identify the oddity and help improve the quality of financial data.
• Build financial models to evaluate different scenarios and assess potential impacts on the financial performance.
• Present comprehensive financial reports and presentations.
• Any ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

• Degree in accounting, finance or related fields. Track record in FP&A role for at least 7 years.
• Exposure in Big4 or consultancy experience.
• Solid financial knowledge to present complex financial information to partners..
• Excellent analytical.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge on Oracle, EPM, SQL, or Power BI.
• Individual contributor and a good team player. with the and collaborate with senior executives and teams.
