What you’ll do:

• You will join the team of Planning & Controlling Manager, reporting directly to Corporate Controlling & Planning Senior Manager;

• You will have the opportunity to be involved in the analysis of monthly balance sheet, capex, cashflow and items below EBITDA, with focus on Cash. You will be building and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analyses. You will be responsible for the reporting process aimed at analyzing the deviations between the actual data and the forecast/budget data.
  You will participate to the planning process for multi-year business/strategic plan , budget and forecast (mainly for cash flow, capex, below EBITDA, Balance Sheet). You will lead the development and implementation of automation and integration projects related to financial planning

Who you are:

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Forecasting or Analytics;

• You have a degree in STEM/Finance/ Economics;

• You have excellent knowledge of Excel and Office Package; knowledge of Hyperion system will be considered a plus;

• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software, ERP systems);

• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;

• You have excellent technical and analytical skills in finance, forecasting, financial analysis and budgeting;

• You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain positive relationships; you are able to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadline;

• You know how to deal with different stakeholder at different level.

Preferrably, you also have:

• US-GAAP Accounting principles knowledge
