Financial Product Intern

Job Duties

• Collect, manage, and process analysis data from data warehouses using SQL and perform data quality checks by reconciling data with other sources.
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports using R/Python and/or visualization tools such as Looker, etc., and communicate strategies/proposals/solutions to key stakeholders.
• Capture business requirements and reflect them in analysis, develop and present recommendations in business contexts, such as their association with risk drivers, the causation of credit losses, etc.
• Identify market potential through research and analysis; considered methods include but are not limited to market research, competitive research, consumer profiling, and market segmentation.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and design experiments to identify opportunities to improve existing credit policy, and credit pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners on new initiatives, project requests, prioritization, and delivery.

Minimum Degree Required
Bachelor's Degree
Accepted Fields of Study
BA/BS degree (Masters degree preferred) with specialization in science, engineering, technology, mathematics, statistics, economics, business
