Your responsibilities as Financial Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Project Coordinator to join our team based in Milan or in Rome, the location will be established based on the candidate's residence:

The candidate will carry out his/her activity within the business and finance team supporting project controllers and project managers. In particular, he/she will be responsible for:

• Contract management: registration, archiving, sending acceptance (support activities for Project Controllers);
• Improvement working capital day with improvement invoicing efficienty (invoice plane management);
• Invoice registration in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers);
• VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba;
• Control of collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity;
• Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers;
• Support to managers in drafting the project progress report.

These include:

• Economic and financial background (Diploma or Degree in Economics);
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles;
• Experience of working in Finance team;
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based and international environment, and able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Skills in using the Office package, particularly Excel, previous experience with accounting software;
• Fluent in Italian and good English spoken and written.
