Job Description

• Global support of financial reporting software (Oracle HFM)
• Review monthly profit and loss for foreign offices.
• Review quarterly financial statements of foreign subsidiaries.
• Prepare and review quarterly analyticals, which are submitted to and reviewed by the Chief Financial Officer.
• Assist with facilitation of intercompany transactions and ensuring proper elimination.
• Work with controllers and accounting managers overseas on accounting policies and issues.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience working with the Microsoft suite of tools including, Word, Excel, OneNote and Outlook.
• Experience with Excel tools such as V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Index, etc.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented attitude with a positive outlook.
• Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Aptitude for learning new software applications

Additional Information

Expected base salary: $78,000 – $85,000
