Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with month end close procedures
- Review recurring revenue and cogs including accrual and deferral journal entries
- Assist in preparation of monthly cost center budgets, customer profitability reporting, and profit center financial statements.
- Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts
- Assist with other accounting projects, duties, and reports as requested by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent
- 1+ years relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
Working Conditions

- Occasionally lift 5 - 10 pounds
