Responsibilities of theFinancial Reporting Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings in accordance with US GAAP, including financial statements, MD&A, footnotes and footnote support

• Compile information necessary to prepare disclosures required for SEC reporting, including Regular SOX disclosures required for public companies• Prepare (and reference back to external reports) SEC Reporting and US GAAP Disclosure checklists• Assist with preparing an SEC Reporting calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for the following processes: financial close, Board of Director package, press release and 10-Q/K filings• May assist with acquisition accounting and purchase price allocation calculation• Help prepare consolidated financial statements and consolidated top-side journal entries• Continually assess processes and modify them, when possible, to reduce timing to close• May assist with preparing technical memos summarizing effects of accounting and reporting updates on financial reporting and provide guidance for implementation of new accounting procedures

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities• Support external and internal audit processes• Coordinate with other departments for preparation of disclosures assigned to their area• Function as a liaison with management, other departments and outside auditors• Prepare monthly internal reporting package• Maintain SOX controls as needed• May assist with preparation of equity roll forward and supporting schedules• Analyze intercompany transactions and identify consolidating elimination entries

Qualifications of theFinancial Reporting Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, including public accounting experience• SEC/financial reporting experience required obtained through industry

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC disclosure rules and regulations• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and reporting principles

• Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of professionals inside and outside organization• Demonstrate high level of flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking to meet deadlines

• Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision• Excellent analytical skills• Proficiency working with Workiva• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
