Job Summary:

Although we are currently in the North American market, we see great opportunity to expand our markets. To support this, we are currently looking for a Financial Analyst within the Financial Reporting unit for our headquarters in Warren, New Jersey.

This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and analysis of consolidated GAAP financial statements for the Company and relevant subsidiaries
  • Preparation of SEC filings and external reporting requirements such as 10-K/10-Q filings (including footnotes and MD&A) 8-K, proxy, etc.
  • Assist with preparation of GAAP financial statements for Company's qualified retirement plan and employee savings plan
  • Assist in completion of quarterly close process with preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.
  • Assist with accounting for share based compensation plans including preparation of journal entries, maintenance of supporting documentation, preparation of required disclosures, etc.
  • Maintaining analytical documentation on quarterly and annual results.
  • Working closely with internal and external auditors.
  • Assists with maintaining SOX internal control documentation for the financial statement reporting process.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in accounting, finance or business is required.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of accounting experience requirement
  • Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office software (specifically, Word and Excel)
  • Advanced Excel Skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft or Oracle software a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with others as a team player or independently on an individual task.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Overtime may be required during peak reporting periods.
