This role sits at the heart of global finance operations, focusing on high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business growth. You will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional finance teams to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. The position plays a key role in consolidating budgets and forecasts while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting cycles. You will also contribute to strategic decision-making by building robust financial models and performing deep variance analysis. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will help identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. This is a highly visible role that directly supports enterprise-wide planning and long-term financial strategy.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with business leadership to develop financial models, support strategic initiatives, and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis that drives decision-making
- Consolidate budgets and forecasts across products and operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment across business units
- Perform detailed variance analysis on operating expenses and highlight key financial trends and risks
- Collaborate with finance teams across regions to streamline processes and ensure consistency in reporting standards
- Build, maintain, and analyze financial reports using enterprise planning tools to generate actionable insights
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support initiatives that improve financial performance and profitability
- 6+ years of experience in finance, financial planning, forecasting, and financial modeling in a global organization
- Strong expertise in Excel and advanced financial analysis techniques
- Proven ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working across multiple regions, teams, and stakeholders in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with enterprise planning tools and reporting systems is highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance are a plus
