Financial Representative

Responsible for performing a variety of clerical functions which include but are not limited to,Registration, Insurance Verification, Money Collection, Collection of Documentation, referral of patien to Medicaid and Financial Aid units so as to ensure the efficient operation of the various departments within the HSR Department. Responsible for billing accouns once insurance information has been secured while maintaining all Customer Service Guidelines.

High School Diploma or GED is a must with college course work preferred, and preferred experience in collection and/or insurance verification. Must be experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution in high volume atmosphere. Candidates must have strong communication skill, both verbal and written, with excellent telephone and face to face communication. Must be able to work independently and get along with others. Must successfully pass pre-hire exams; Math, grammar/vocabulary & customer service with a score of 80% or above.
