The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are looking for an exceptional Financial Systems Administrator to join our highly valued finance team! The successful candidate will bring a strong customer service approach to enhancing and maintaining the security, data, and application integrity and performance of our financial-related applications. Additionally, this position will participate in the delivery of Financial IT services and projects and ensure internal client satisfaction.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems including but not limited to ADP, NetSuite, Workday, Concur, Adaptive Insights, Stripe, etc. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests.
  • Responsible for owning system configuration and integration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, scripts, and dashboards
  • Contributes to cross-functional projects that involve integration between back-office applications and other applications
  • Resolve incoming business incidents and requests in a timely manner, including escalation when necessary.
  • Support IT compliance requirements, such as SOX, information security, GDPR, and others
  • Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop solutions.
  • Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work to address them
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, Finance team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in administration of NetSuite for a large enterprise preferably at a SaaS Company
  • 5-10 medium-scale or 2-3 enterprise ERP implementations in a consultant-related role
  • Demonstrate full understanding of the NetSuite stack and experience with NetSuite modules (Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition (606), Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
  • Understanding of software such as Netsuite, Concur, Adaptive, and other financial applications/tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience communicating with internal and external audit functions
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Advanced skills in business analysis with the capability to capture requirements and make recommendations on the best way to implement the requirements to meet overall business goals
  • Certified as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • BS Degree in Computer science or related field

  • SOX control experience

Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only)

Base Compensation Range: $171,266.00 – $256,900.00

In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
