We're an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government, currently seeking a Financial Systems Data Analyst to join our team supporting OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) implementation activities for a major Federal agency. In this capacity, TCG is helping our federal client enhance budget formulation and performance reporting needs.

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal government security clearance are required for this position.

Although this is a telecommuting position, candidates must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area or within Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania (excluding the City of Philadelphia), Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Relevant data solution experience
• Background developing solutions for high volume, low latency applications and can operate in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Distributed computer understanding and experience with SQL and ETL technologies
• Interacts with senior internal and external staff on significant matters requiring coordination of activities across functional areas

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis
• In-depth knowledge of working with various ETL tools and processes
• Strong experience developing data pipelines using ETL technologies
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries
• Experience with a modern programming language such as Python or Java
• Experience working in a big data and AWS cloud environment
• Experience migrating data from legacy systems to new systems
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with IBM Cognos and OneStream or similar CPM tools
• General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
