Job Overview
The Financial Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash and integrations of financial systems to Netsuite, including SF Billing, Professional Services, Boomi platform, Avalara, payment gateways, Tipalti, and the overall management of Mitratech's financial technology stack. You will ensure we remain compliant and that our teams can operate efficiently, enabling our continued growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support reporting and saved searches, manage access and permission sets, and support Advanced Revenue operations for team of 50+ users
- Configure and implement changes to GL accounts, Vendor, Customer, and Item master files
- Scope, prepare, communicate and complete upgrades and enhancements, partnering closely with billing, accounting, collections, tax, and FPA teams, along with Salesforce and Business Applications teams to fully understand needs and deliver solutions that meet all stakeholder requirements
- Project management and prioritization of multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously to meet timelines and budget objectives
- Design, build, test, rollout and document enhancements and integrations
- Troubleshoot issues submitted by team members in a timely manner
- Create and maintain documentation, training and guidance on usage and best practices around Salesforce Billing and NetSuite processes for users
- Assist with additional projects and ongoing improvement initiatives as required
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of Salesforce Billing development and administrator experience
- 7+ years of NetSuite administrator experience
- Experience working in a high-growth, global organization, handling multiple entities and currencies, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Netsuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience, SuiteFoundation and SuiteAnalytics preferred
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial compliance requirements
- Project management or consulting experience, leading strategy and execution for ERP system implementations, merger and acquisition integrations, business transformation, and change management
