THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Financial Systems Manager that will own and build a world class financial system ecosystem. You will play an integral role in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company’s financial systems related to accounting, finance and financial operations. The ideal candidate for this position is highly technical, skilled multi-tasker, reliable, committed to consistently meeting deadlines and willing to "roll up their sleeves." Your responsibilities will evolve over time and initially are:

Key role outcomes:

  • Serve as our resident systems expert and own the system administration of several financial systems (primarily Netsuite) and their various internal and external integrations

  • Handle special projects, including integrating our internal billing platform with NetSuite, taking full responsibility for the successful and timely completion of projects

  • Partner with FP&A in the identification, selection and implementation of a financial planning tool, owning the system configuration and integration to our existing systems

  • Collaborate with end-users and various teams to create solutions that will improve current system functionality

  • Implement and maintain processes, checks and controls around data integrity, accuracy and completeness between various financial systems

  • Maintain the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users

  • Develop, implement, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs

  • Responsible for the change management and release process of any new system functionality (inclusive of Netsuite)

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e. accounting, finance, and financial operations) to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate requirements into operational solutions

  • Assist in the identification of project requirements and explore solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Resolve system issues, administer user accounts and permissions, and provide system training and support to all users.

Skills you'll need (REQUIRED):

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in accounting, information technology, or computer science concentration

  • 3 to 7 years of NetSuite experience either as a power user, administrator, or developer

  • Strong experience with generating reports, data analytics, and a fundamental understanding of financial reporting requirements

  • Technical knowledge of financial/accounting systems, NetSuite system administration experience

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

The estimated base compensation for this role is $110,900 - $135,600
