Financial Systems Manager
Job Description
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with a deep understanding of NetSuite and Adaptive Insights
- Strong managerial and decision-making experience with a proven track record of building and leading successful IT tools and teams.
- Ability to drive initiatives across IT organizations and cross-functional teams while setting clear expectations, timelines, and direction.
- Effective communication ability to convey complex ideas in a simple manner and drive teams to resolutions during discussions.
- 2+ years in management or leadership roles
- You have worked on a team focused on critical financial or accounting systems.
- You are an expert in your field, have a strong EQ, and are able to generate deep empathy with guests and operating team members which enables you to truly listen and implement product feedback.
- You want to grow as a trusted system leader and provide support to internally controlled data management, with the goal to build a team to support your efforts.
- If you are not located in the Bay Area, you are able and excited to travel 1-2x per quarter to San Francisco or Hungary
- Travel is part of your DNA and you have a passion for the real estate, tech, and hospitality industry
- Have experience with other financial systems (Expense management, AP, account reconciliation)
- You've worked for small and large enterprise companies
- Have effectively managed NetSuite and Adaptive Insights to minimize downtime or delays in reporting due to system failures/limitations.
- Implemented and enforced policies and standards that will ensure compliance with the yearly audits.
- Developed playbook to provide ongoing support for system enhancements/maintenance/change management.
- Worked with the technology team to ship multiple high-impact products that lead to lasting efficiency gains and experience improvements
- Become a respected leader and thought partner by your engineering team and the Kasa leadership team
- Understood the guest, landlord and operating team product challenges facing companies in the furnished hospitality space

This role is fully remote, we set a location because some job boards require it.
