The Opportunity

Title:Β Financial Systems Manager
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)
Reports to:Β Director, Global Financial Applications

As a member of the IAC Financial Operations team, you will be responsible for the product maintenance, design, integration, and divestures related to ensuring all services are readily available and optimized. The focus of the role will be to service IAC companies utilizing Oracle’s Planning and Budgeting products for planning, analysis, and reporting purposes on a global basis. This role involves limited travel and constant interaction with a diverse staff. In addition, being a self-starter with self-management skills while adhering to strict deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the PBCS (NPBCS/ EPBCS) architecture at IAC. Design and implement Planning and Budgeting Cloud Applications for forecasting P&L, Balance Sheet, Workforce and Capex. Extensive focus on calculations, reports, scripts, and customized business rules.

  • Create Smartview templates/reports for business users for the budget and reporting process
  • Develop and maintain forecast models
  • Data sync with accounting modules for Actuals
  • Product assessment, enhancement, and design to best optimize the user experience
  • Timely calculations, coordination, and processes to meet close schedules
  • Expectation of 24/7 production environment awareness
  • Work with a mentor and provide directional guidance as it relates to financial systems to the users
  • Onboarding and cursory training for new end-user services
  • Adhoc assignments related to the success of all IAC businesses
  • PBCS administration/ support
  • Creating Reports, Business rules. Forms
  • Data and Metadata mapping/integration
  • Work Force Planning (WFP)
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of direct experience in PBCS
  • Comfortable working in a casual fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • MS Office, presentation material management
  • Ticket system interaction
  • Internal and external audit support
