What you'll be doing:

• Work with stakeholders to efficiently, clearly and concisely document requirements, notably around current and future processes
• Coordinate story mapping or other requirements gathering sessions
• Produce process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs and test scenarios
• Support Change Management to clarify changes in procedure or process to future state
• Break down and simplify complex problems and systems into smaller and more consumable components
• Review and evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations
• Organize and lead product demonstrations
• Actively participate in testing cycles, as well as providing hands-on support to business testers
• Raise and manage JIRA tickets – identifying new tasks, defects and change requests
• Work with project team to set priorities, build roadmaps, and facilitate working sessions
• Identify interdependencies between workstream requirements and manage accordingly
• Build and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience within either the professional services and / or financial services sector
• Demonstrably proactive, adaptable, and flexible
• Previous exposure to large scale transformation projects
• An analytical mindset - able to understand requirements, and to identify and evaluate potential solutions
• Ability to be an effective and valuable part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to resolve conflict with productive outcomes
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Experience of Workday PSA and Workday Financials would be beneficial, but not essential
• Experience with process visualisation tools, preferably MS Visio
• Project tools such as MS Project / Visio is desirable.
