We are looking for a FindLaw Training intern for Summer 2023 on the FindLaw Digital Solutions team.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a FindLaw Learning and Development intern, you will:
- Support the Digital Solutions Learning and Development team to acquire baseline knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum design.
- Develop an understanding of internal systems and processes.
- Influence and improve current processes to increase efficiency.
- Share and explore new ideas to better serve our internal and external clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn new knowledge and acquire new skills
- Exercise strong decision-making skills and judgment. Show the ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and then to choose the most appropriate one in a specific situation.
- Act with integrity as our actions reflect our values and our principles. It is important to distinguish between right and wrong.
About You
You're a fit for the role of FindLaw Training Intern if your background includes:
- Entering Junior or Senior year of college.
- Preferred Field of study: Communications, Business, Education
- Previous training or education experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of proper business etiquette as well as professional attitude and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
