Finish Carpenter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and possess the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role involves completing high-quality finish work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations meet our standards of excellence. Responsibilities • Execute precise carpentry tasks including door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinetry work. • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. • Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure a polished finish on all projects. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Assist in masonry tasks as needed for various projects. Experience • Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the restoration industry. • Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment necessary for carpentry work. • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction plans. • Experience with roof installations is a plus. • Ability to build structures according to specifications with attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
