Finish Carpenter

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter to join our team. We specialize in custom millwork and high end residential trim carpentry. We pride ourselves in high quality residential woodwork, and being extremely efficient The ideal candidate will have expertise in various carpentry tasks, including installing doors, door jambs & casing, closet shelving, moldings, wall paneling, handrails & stair skirting, custom millwork and various related tasks. A high attention to detail and problem solving abilities are required. This role involves working on construction sites and remodeling projects. Must be capable of Duties: - Perform finish carpentry work such as installation of fixtures, trim, doors, jambs, wall paneling, closet shelving, crown & moldings. - Restore and repair wooden structures. -Handrail, baluster, and stair work -Installation of wainscoting, wall paneling, accent/feature walls. - Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site for project completion -Installation of cabinetry, modifications to custom and prefabricated cabinets. Closet shelving systems​. Requirements : -Carpentry - Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role - Proficiency in custom millwork installation - Knowledge of construction site safety protocols - Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and possibly take a leadership role. - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship -Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Most work is in coastal North county. -Tools recommended but not required, all tools to complete above listed tasks. Such as: hand tools, tablesaw, miter saw, nail guns, cordless power tools, etc. We provide all specialty tools and equipment such as blades, adhesives, fasteners, abrasives, etc This position offers the opportunity to showcase your carpentry skills in a dynamic construction environment.
