Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter / Installer with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. This role will be responsible for the installation of custom cabinetry, millwork, paneling, and built-ins across a variety of project types. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, punctual, and takes pride in a clean, precise install.
Key Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
• Install architectural millwork, cabinets, and finish carpentry elements according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers and engineering team for site readiness and sequencing
• Read and interpret shop drawings and field verify dimensions
• Ensure a high level of craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism on job sites
• Perform touch-ups, adjustments, and final detailing on installed work
• Communicate field conditions, adjustments, or required fixes proactively
• Maintain and transport tools, equipment, and materials as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in finish carpentry or millwork installation
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and architectural plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience using standard finish carpentry tools and equipment
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be punctual, respectful, and take ownership of quality
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with paneling systems, architectural wall cladding, or complex installs
• Familiarity with high-end residential or commercial project expectations
• Comfort working in occupied or sensitive environments (e.g. hospitality, medical, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
