Finish Carpenter / Skilled Worker

Finish Carpenter/Skilled Worker (San Diego) Established, remodeling and construction company seeking motivated, detail oriented, seasoned self-starter. Looking for an honest, hardworking, team-player who ensures timely and successful completion of our projects. Jobs will be central to San Diego, East County. Preferred Qualifications: Home addition, kitchen, bath and remodeling experience Minimum 5 years construction experience Residential and light commercial experience Ability to lead a team; Proven customer service skills Follow best construction building and safety practices on all jobsites Must have own tools and truck with capacity to carry some materials and a ladder Capable of moving and light lifting of equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities, preferred: Ability to work independently and without supervision Strong time management skills Knowledge of local codes Blueprint reading Finish carpentry Light electric and plumbing Painting, patching and staining Flooring Door and window installations Light computer skills, a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Tools provided Work Location: In person
